I’ve been worked as an Area manager of Hungary at the world’s leading inventory service company. I was responsible for planning and organising parallel inventory events, inventory cycles in Hungary and around Europe. My first priority was to increase efficiency and to establish the business growth.Among other things as an operational leader my tasks included the hungarian team leading (200-400 people), customer management, benchmarking, coaching, work and human resource scheduling, hireing, training, countinious motivation giving to team members, international co-operation with other territorial leaders of other subsidiaries and regular reporting to the european and global leadership.
