People manager in SSC environment with five years experience of being a Team Lead. Partly due to organizational changes during these years I have been leading three different teams. From my earlier years I also have wide experience as event organizer (conferences, workshops, music courses, award ceremonies, small festivals) and as cultural consultant. I also worked with various EU-funded programmes in the field of culture and cross-border cooperation (IPA, Interreg). Throughout my whole career I have always been in touch with customers, I developed a very strong customer-oriented mindset, started from the very strict boundaries of the public administration up to the much more creative and free customer service principles of a shared service center.
