My skill and expertise is in leading a team of engineers/technicians, and enjoying hands-on work myself. I like fixing issues, and finding out how to fix things while understanding and playing my part in the big picture. Am a careful and conscientious person, who enjoys concentration and smart thinking. Making sure everything is working and coming up with new ways to solve problems.Everything is learnable, when you put your mind to it. With a resume which includes team building, briefing, client liaison, customer support and sales. Taking things apart and putting them back together again so they work even better. I received the award for "most productive technician of the year" within one year in one of the most successful companies in Estonia "Foxway". I am not just another grease monkey/tech geek, I also understand the business end as well as the technical/practical aspect of being an electronic engineer and aspiring Technical Director. This means the importance of happy clients, leading to retention and smoother relations between companies, groups or departments.Hobbies include riding an electric unicycle. I do work out a lot - And I give classes in calisthenics. From this I know that what matters is discipline and consistency. If you retain this, then you have energy and enthusiasm to grow through tough times.As a fast learner, I like and expect to see progress.
