As a leader I was the SPOC from T-Systems to Daimler in Kecskemét factory and I had end to end responsibility for the daily operation and full responibility over 15 people. We provided field service, network service, telephony and data center infrastructure services and reported directly to the customer, Daimler. My main tasks were deliver quality and customer satisfaction by making sure that ITIL aligned operational processes and procedures are implemented and followed.Responsibilities:- Service Delivery (service operation, services, coordination of 15 people)- Understand customer needs and build up new IT services to serve them- Contract Management, Business Partner management (defining SLAs, OLAs, KPIs – supervise existing contacts, making sure current SLAs are met)- Active focus on continual service improvement- Planning and define the 0/24 Onsite Support- Organizing the move and set up of 5000 IT devices to the newly built factory- International external and internal supplier management
