- Weapon, vehicle and prop asset creation: modelling, uvs, baking, texturing, rigging - all, while keeping everything as optimized as possible, and making sure player experience and a smooth gameplay comes first and foremost- Implementing the assets into UE, creating and setting up materials and on a per-need basis blueprint logic that drive certain visual elements (like remaining ammo in a mag, bike chain etc)- Making and implementing a material system that only relies on a single input from outside the material to visually display the remaining ammo in a magazine, and then improving on this system and adding vertex animation to drive the spring in the mag- Optimizing existing assets or assets delivered by external contractors, modifying vehicles made with a traditional baked workflow into vehicles with a mid-level polycount, no baked normals, face weighted bevels and shared tiling textures- Checking source files delivered by outside contractors and providing feedback on modelling and texture work- Creating python scripts to automate tasks (some examples: https://github.com/MrFosters)- Writing documentation, detailing custom workflows and best practices- Providing onboarding and training in company specific workflows and practices
