• Lead requirements workshops and analysis efforts for complex projects or programs, working closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to ensure that requirements are accurate, complete, and actionable.• Define and document business processes, workflows, and use cases, identifying areas for process improvement and optimization.• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and other collaborative sessions to elicit requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders.• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including FRD, User Stories, Process Flow Diagrams, and other artifacts as needed.• Coach and mentor junior business analysts, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure their success.
