I am now enjoying and embracing the dynamic and varied nature of preforming the role of Chief Operating Officer for the Hoskins’ group of companies. We support client needs from mops to wine to weed and many things in between. Extensive relationship management and past experience is now being combined with new skills and knowledge to provide engaging leadership to the enterprise. After setting up a consulting company, HawkLight Enterprises, we are now building The Feral Cat Company LLC which will set the Cannabis Beverage market upside down with our new social THC infused drink like none before it. I no longer go to “work” because it is not really work when you love what you do.I am an athlete , entrepreneurial business owner, adventurer, teacher/mentor and youth services volunteer. I used "work" to help employees and clients rise and thrive in their dreams. That could have been growing a lifestyle or growing a career. I am now able to extend that mission into other avenues.Recent successes include:- Change Management: Leading and supporting partners in new tactics and challenges, ensuring seamless and efficient transition of staff, sales, and service while maintaining excellent service and operational standards. Building strong fiscal information and responsibility.- Team Management: Developing and coaching team members to realize their potential and improve personal and team performance. Creating programs to incentivize team members to add to the bottom line while enhancing their own finances.- Networking: Organizing community based events and attending local networking events to gain valuable insight into local business environment and raise profile of our companies and our journey to becoming a superior corporate citizen in the communities we serve in California and the west.- Supporting Local Community: Building relationships with local civic organizations, charities, non-profit organizations to help them increase local profile and contribute to fundraising initiatives.- Innovation: Looking to find new ways to improve current business lines and keeping eye on the horizon to seize opportunities to enhance our service to others.
