I was part of Geo Backend Infrastructure Team:- Availability of all GeoPlatform backends (100+ microservices, up to millions of rps, thousands of containers)- Infrastructure as a code: monitorings, microservice management, load balancing configuration, logging- Data transport and orchestrating service- Rps ratelimiting serviceAchievements:- Administrated weekly incident review meetings of Geoplatform Department (~100 employees): analysis of monitorings, postmortem reports, action items control- Resolved synchronous I/O issues in all geo backends (100+ microservices, up to millions of rps, thousands of containers): no more every minute mystic server errors during high I/O-load periods- Improved data transport tool, so it stopped affecting I/O synchronous services: 10 times faster deployment of new map releases- Made docker builds of all backend images 7 times faster- Designed patterns for the uniform configuration of all geo backend L7 load balancers
