At Durdans my role is to maintain the existing corporate clients and attracting new ones. This includes meeting new clients, preparing and sending medical proposals, following up, performing what is promised and preparing the their health summary which can be used to identify the overall health of the company. Furthermore, i lead a team of 10 who makes sure the promised services are delivered and the client are delighted. Further, i assist to the Marketing Communication team to do their translations both Sihalese in Tamil.
