- Analyze training needs to develop Capacity Building Roadmaps (CBRM)- Conceptualize and develop training proposals to obtain Grant in Aid funding- Prepare annual training budgets and monitor periodically- Liaise with Subject Matter Experts to develop training content- Empanel SMEs, training agencies & other service providers. Manage their contracts- Strategize and implement Communication plans for national rollout of training programs- Deliver training programs in adherence to the SLAs- Lead a team of coordinators for managing training operations- Prepare and present reports for PRSG meetings- Reconcile accounts for submission of Fund Utilization Certificate- Super Admin for LMS. Monitor generation of MIS reports- Maintenance and moderation of online communities of practice- Guide a team of Instructional designers for preparation of e-learning content
