I’m pragmatic and passionate marketing and technology leader with a 20+ year career spanning digital and technological transformation, project management, business development, customer experience, operations and strategy.Having segued into marketing from a technology background, I have a strong understanding of how to use digital assets, data, performance metrics and automated behaviour-based engagement along the customer journey to amplify brand, reputation, positioning, partnerships, storytelling and value proposition to reduce customer friction, generate business and increase positive sentiment.I was brought into my current role to lead the digital marketing and growth strategies with an emphasis on customer acquisition and retention.I am as comfortable planning and strategising as I am leading by example and getting amongst it. I build, lead and work across high performing, capable teams and have extensive experience working with and managing external suppliers, vendors and contractors.
