Phase 4 - Integrated Resort Project- In-charge of the top 3 luxurious international hotel towers for a new Galaxy Phase 4 project - an Integrated Resort with hotels, gaming, retails, dining and attractions (project size: GFA 525,000m2 +).- Lead the communication channels with Operation business units, Project/ Design Development teams, Design consultants and Hotel brands throughout the whole design progress to project completion. - Present and prepare presentation materials, operational briefs and hospitality trends’ data analysis for Operation team.Phase 3C - Hotel Andaz Macau and Galaxy International Convention Centre- Ensure the masterplan of spaces and circulation is adequate in size based on the area program

Macau

- Oversee from Concept Design stage to fit-out completion with design consultants, construction team, MEP team, GBW team and contractors for a Wedding Pavilion (project size: 4,000m2 included FOH+BOH area), a High-end F&B Specialty restaurant (project size: 936m2 ) and a Shanghaiese restaurant (project size: 209m2 ) at Grand Lisboa Palace - an Integrated Resort with hotels, gaming, retails, dining and entertainment (project size: GFA 521,000m2 +).

- Manage 10 – 12 retail tenants at once from leasing phrase, kick-off meetings, design stages to completion at Studio City Macau – an Integrated Resort comprised gaming, luxury hotel, high-end retails and entertainment (project size: GFA 436,000m2 +). - Lead as a developer’s consultant to oversee the on-site progress with retail tenants, tenants’ design consultants, tenant’s contractors. - Manage and coordinate plan submissions for application of all relevant licenses and permit.
