- Led the 35-person Business Development and Partnerships teams -- which comprise Omaze’s Revenue Organization -- and sit on executive team. Tasked with implementing a predictable revenue growth strategy for the company, holding full P&L responsibility, and establishing a scalable organizational structure.- Increased top-line revenue growth for the company’s two core business units (once-in-a-lifetime experiences and apparel) by 2X year-over-year from 2016 to 2018. Managed the team responsible for over-performance against initial budgets.- Led expansion into multiple new market segments, including sports, culinary, music, business leaders, brands, and digital influencers, as well as further penetration in core film and TV markets.- Oversaw the team’s management of all of Omaze’s partnerships in the entertainment and nonprofit industries, including with Disney, HBO, NBA, UFC, Warner Bros, Universal, Paramount, CAA, WME, (RED), adidas, Global Citizen, UNICEF, and many others.- Built Omaze’s entire Revenue Organization framework from the ground up, including go-to-market strategy, forecast modeling, organizational structure, hiring profiles, training/onboarding programs, compensation plans, and growth modeling.- Trained the team to manage partnerships with the world’s biggest celebrities and entertainment companies.Omaze is an innovative platform to raise money and awareness for causes. Omaze creates life-changing experiences — a walk-on role in Star Wars: The Force Awakens to riding in an RV with the cast of Breaking Bad to going on a date with George Clooney in NYC and created significant impact working with the top talent including Bono/U2, Robert Downey Jr., Jennifer Lawrence, Serena Williams, George Clooney, Cristiano Ronaldo, John Legend, Arnold Schwarzenegger, President Clinton, Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, Kobe Bryant, Star Wars, Alicia Keys, Miley Cyrus, and more.
