Head Of Social Work
Current- Manage and coordinate all initiatives to understand & improve the lives of underprivileged children, families, and the overall community.- Lead, mentor & supervise the team of social workers through observation and give regular constructive feedback.- Create structure & guidelines to ensure control & quality management of all activities. - Adapt and Introduce tools and processes to ensure the smooth operation and long-term impact of the project- Prepare program budgets, administer approved sums, and ensure that agreed-upon allocations are followed- Recruit, train, and supervise new staff members and oversee general human resource management by being the part of Local Management Team.- Assist in envisioning, planning & implementing new project activities together with German Board representatives- Ensure regular contact, networking & cooperation with partners and stakeholders- Ensure program compliance with central, state, and local regulations
