For the first time, the concept of virtual gaming has been incorporated into a physical toy, to bring online gaming into the real world with an exciting, new experience for players ready to take on head-to-head battle.Galaxy ZEGA “tanks” are divided into four types (Attack, Speed, Defense and Versatile) according to the different abilities and personalities of each ZEGA. The game uses Bluetooth to control the ZEGAs. You can play 1 on 1 or battle with teams from 2-4 players at a time. There are two modes for the game – either survival of flag mode (when you play for points). Galaxy ZEGA is a R2F (Ready-to-Fight) toy, ready right out of the box with no set up time. There is a magnetically-connected, snapped-together battlefield, optional course modifications and special accessory X-base to complete the whole Galaxy ZEGA battlefield.Before we started this project, our team had not worked with smart hardware before. However, we are passionate about bringing this incredibly exciting and fun gaming experience to market. We served over 10 million Chinese children per month.The ISD mainly develops the platform for children’s Social, Video and Game:-Taomee Video, a YouTube for children, which was the most influential online video channel for kids in China. The annual video view time of SEER runs over 2 billion. -Taomee XiaoBa – the largest social network site in China. -2124 Mini Game Platform-Children’s Browser, etc.My experience at Taomee enabled me to have a Lean Thinking approach to business. In regard to team management, I think a leader is a pioneer who determines what to do and how to do it. A good leader knows how to maximize efficiency of the team to successfully reach the goal.Lean Thinking has enabled me to be extremely efficient and have the courage to step outside my expertise. We responded quickly to our users’ needs and received positive feedback from them. The QQBookmark was highly praised by users. QQMail is the representative outcome of agile R&D. I participated in the design and development of the Standard Version of QQMail, which took only 20 days to go from conception stage to user launch.From 2006 to 2009, the QQMail team applied a two-week iterated agile R&D method which saw terrific success.
