Contributions (Product Development and Airline Consultant Role): Developed a Comprehend Digital Engagement Platform for Airlines named CREST (Comprehend Reach Engage Serve Transact). CREST is a Real Time Digital Marketing Tool with Customer Data Platform and Rationalization Engine along with AI (Artificial Intelligence) based campaign management and Chat-bot.  Bolt-on module development to extend Oracle CRM with Customer Data Management (CDM) with an engine to filter out unique customer profiles from multiple direct and indirect (GDS) sources.  Airline Catering System development in progress.  Airline Revenue Accounting System named RevAcc integrated with ERP.  TIA Airline Chatbot  IATA Simplified Interline Settlement (SIS) tool for Miscellanies interline settlements.  Development of Analytics Dashboards, Reports and Repository for Airlines.

Responsible for all Airline Business Systems & E-Commerce project implementation and level 2 and above support including system integration (level 1 support is provided by IT Operations). Above listed projects were managed by 20+ member team with 5 Project Managers. • Managed the Capex Capital Budget process starting with strategic discussion with Chief Officers for aligning IT strategy and projects with business strategy. • Analyze and refine business and functional requirements.• Plan an approach for analyzing, categorizing, and managing requirements. Determine the level of formality required and consider options for documenting and packaging requirements based on project type, priorities, and risks.• Identify techniques and documentation options appropriate for various software development approaches and project types (COTS, maintenance, business process improvement, new development, etc).• Build strong relationships with project stakeholders.• Anticipate issues, think proactively, and use critical thinking skills to manage stakeholders.

Managed major airline projects like Internet Booking Engine implementation using Sabre Sonic Web, E-Ticket Implementation Sabre Sonic PSS, Airline Pricing System SITA Insight implementation, Cargo Reservation and Handling System Mercator SkyChain implementation. ACARS implementation using SITA Aircom and Flight Explorer. ERP using Oracle E-Business Suite including Finance, Inventory, Procurement and HRMS, Airline Crew Management System using Avient Crew and Airline Fleet Management system using Avient Fleet, Business Intelligence and Data warehouse using Oracle BIEE and ODI.

Managed 40+ member team developing and implementing National Health Information System (NHIS), having Hospital Management Systems (HMS) as sub systems. The system named Al-Shifa has been implemented in all MoH hospitals and health centers in Oman and it also got UN Public Service Award (UNPSA). HMS itself is a collection of several sub-systems viz. Patient Registration and Medical Records (In-Patient and Out Patient), Operation Theatre Management System, Lab Management System (the main three supporting departments in a hospital environment) and several Clinical Information Systems viz. Plastic Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Neuro-surgery, Orthopaedic, ENT etc. Lab Management System has serial data communication directly from Lab equipment (like Blood Analyzer or Biochemistry equipment) to the main Oracle Database.

I was seconded from Polyglot to Oman Refinery's Marketing Division – AL MAHA, on a contract basis as a Programmer, where in I developed an Oil Inventory Control system, using CLIPPER.
