I joined BTCI as a Project Management Assistant in Project Management Center team (GTIS). GTIS is a cluster handling all the Infrastructure projects. I was a part of Global Workforce Planning & Reporting Team - a team which caters to all the data needs from the HR and Finance Business Partners round the globe. As a part of this role, i owned the complete Headcount related data including Compensation and Performance related details. Later on took over the Talent Acquisition reporting stuff.
