By profession, I am a geologist with around six years of professional experience in both the private and non-profit sectors.Over the course of two years, worked for an advanced technology industry (TOMTOM), designing and developing digital navigational maps. Contributed to various projects involving high-end clients from the automobile industry. Collaborated with various diverse teams on both internal and external projects.Dedicated five years to sustainable development and groundwater research. Lead large program teams, operational management developed in-house and state-level implementation strategy, organized and provide capacity building, provide training to both the teams and the communities, technical planning, and mitigation measures for a variety of Springshed and Watershed projects under Central, State, and CSR projects. Organise and manage large program teams, as well as technical planning, operational management, and mitigation strategies for the sustainability of water resources and the defense of groundwater sources. Worked closely with the communities at the ground level to ensure that communities had access to safe adequate quality drinking water.
