Executed the 5-year business strategy and transformation footprint to transition service delivery teams from an 80/20 Europe and US onsite presence to an 80/20 off-shore presence, thereby moving high-salary positions to low-cost countries.

Executed privatization of a government-owned company, re-launched it as an income producing and competitive company; achieved EU certification, implemented processes for all business units (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, human resources, etc.), improved company’s image, established corporate identity and internet presenceRan Special Project for the European Government with the objective to fight Mad Cow Disease. This project was entrepreneurial in the industry and the execution an adventure. I completed the bidding process and won the contract; focusing the company to a profitable business niche during a period when most competitors were going out of business (profit EUR 250k). We became the exclusive EU partner, resulting in all southern German demand being directed to our operation. I was given the overall Program Management position, executing a new EU initiative that had no precedent. Responsibilities included regular operations, personnel management of ~20 slaughterhouse resources and relationship management with ~30 EU onsite auditors, public relations & press spokesperson and the development of new processes to comply with EU regulations.
