Managing Halliburton Real Estate Services operation for the Eastern Gulf area i.e., Oman and Yemen. Managed and directed Real Estate Service activities for KSA & Bahrain area. Activities included: Operation &Maintenance of operation critical equipment, Development of AMC plan, HSE Management and Reporting, Overall FM Management, Staff Accommodation, Property acquisition and Disposal. Hazardous waste disposal and many more. Carried out roles and responsibilities of Subject Matter Expert for the Facility Risk Assessments. During the period of adverse market conditions in 2014 and later, renegotiated service contracts with vendors and implemented few best practices at the center that helped in an overall cost reduction of more than 9.4% of the budgeted OPEX. Planned and supervised, assigned Real Estate Services facility projects including design, construction, renovation, or replacement of office, laboratory, manufacturing, warehouse, and site infrastructure facilities. Primary activities were – Overall FM of the property included managing vendors, staff accommodation, catering, Vehicles & field transportation management & Health, Safety & Environment. Took care of all Purchase requests, Purchase orders and PML portion of the activities related to the Real Estate department. Distinctively led all the administrative activities of Halliburton Asansol facility spread over 66,376 sq. feet. Hired and transferred to Halliburton @ Saudi Arabia with manifold increased responsibilities.

Acquired in-depth knowledge in various spheres through various courses on NBC Firefighting, Instructor Course, Leadership Course and Chief Course. After completion of 04 years of engineering training got appointed onboard Indian Naval warships as Maintenance Manager for the Surface to Air Missile System (2002) Later in 2006 got appointed as an Instructor at the Alma Mater, INS Valsura where I carried out instructional duties on Electrical Technology, Digital Technology, Missile Systems and General Administration. Received multiple recognitions by the commanding officer INS Valsura. Served in Fleet Testing & Tuning Team (Mumbai) as a System Expert and Carried out the duties of IT Manager. Received recognition award from the Commander-in-Chief, Western Naval Command.
