- Assist in Managing projects from initiation through final implementation- Take partial responsibility for all aspects of the project over the entire project life cycle life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)- Assist in Managing financial aspects of the projects against assigned budgets- Assist and review all startup and planning documents- Assist in Managing the work scope, risks, issues, deliverables, and schedule of individual project tasks- Attend the meetings and provide project status updates- Assist in Managing project tasks and coordinate, including the maintaining communication with project stakeholders & provide solutions to project issues and concerns and resolving or escalating such issues as needed Managing (e.g., tracking, updating, reviewing) the dashboard and executive reports- Execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately- Assist in developing internal Fulfillment processes and procedures to better improve workflow of project implementations and AMCs- Assist in keeping all internal Fulfillment Trackers up to date as required- Work towards Certification and Self-Development goals as set by the Head of Fulfillment
