Part of Project Management team in Visa, responsible for maintenance of Niku Clarity in-house data warehouse (time, users & projects tracking system). Production and analysis of Reports and Documents using MicroStrategy Desktop Designer. Help and support to users on a daily basis.

Business Objects Developer including the following activities:• Bug fixing: Issues raised by the clients• Developing / enhancing Business Objects reports• Modification to the Universe through Designer module• Updating configuration hierarchy (reports, users, etc) through Supervisor module• Producing Business Objects support documentation

Responsible of collection and reporting of project cost data from each of the key WCS locations worldwide to provide transparency of discretionary spend. Report writing using ABT and MS Access. Production of various Timesheets and Absence reports for different projects.Maintenance of ABT database, working closely with HR. This include employees rates,grades, employee status, cost). Production and analysis of Headcount & Resource Efficiency reports and project cost across business sectors.
