• Responsible for managing 13 Regional EI Directors (REID’S).
• Management includes getting the correct production of metrics needed to be successful, jumping in and helping where certain REID’s are falling short and in turn getting better production in the future.
• Management also includes running twice daily metric updates via zoom, providing REID’S with daily goals to hit, and ensuring we are on track during daily check-ins to hit our number.
• Responsible for reporting daily metrics to the State Director, as well as the RNC National Team.
• Responsible for finalizing a weekly narrative compiled of all our REID’S metrics for the week, as well as completing my own narrative for the week, all of which is sent to Ronna McDaniel (RNC Chair).
• Responsible for creating tracker excel spreadsheets to make metric gathering easier and more efficient, as well as data gathering as a whole.

• Responsible for finding campaign interns/volunteers across the state, interviewing, social media duties, attending events, and researching information on behalf of the campaign.
• Other roles include directly assisting the Campaign Manager & Political Director on a regular basis, as well as jumping into important roles when needed.
• Budget campaign ads and media coverage across the state in specific areas.
• Call state committee members, donors, and volunteers.
• Create campaign fliers and other campaign documents.
• Identify events across the state that are important to the campaign.
