As a member of the large Support department in the company, I played a crucial role in the S3 line, primarily focusing on handling technical cases rather than client communication. The company specializes in providing software solutions for brokers worldwide, including regions such as Asia, Europe, and the USA. Our main products, namely Gateway solution, Money Management system, and report collector, were developed using C#.Within the S3 team, my responsibilities encompassed:— Installing and configuring company products, including third-party software such as PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and Meta Trader servers.— Composing informative articles in the knowledge base (Confluence) and creating case-oriented 'How-to' instructions for clients.— Troubleshooting and resolving technical cases efficiently.— Gathering relevant information, such as logs and dumps, to assist developers.— Developing update plans, referred to as CCP in Jira.— Engaging in client communication, including requesting additional information, providing investigation results, informing about task completion, and seeking confirmation for the restart of critical services.— Collaborating with other teams to enhance various company processes. For instance, I contributed to the internal technical team by assisting in the development of metrics using Logstash→Zabbix stack.— Automating routine tasks using Python.By fulfilling these responsibilities, I actively contributed to the success of the Support department and played a part in improving overall company processes.
