・NPO法人GEWEL　理事／Director，NPO GEWEL・鎌倉エシカルラボ　共同代表／Joint Representative，Kamakura Ethical Labo・えしかる屋　プロデューサー／Producer，Ethical-ya・サーキュラーHR　編集長／Editor-in-Chief，Circular HR・Warisエグゼクティブ　コンサルタント／Consultant，Waris Executive開成・東京大学から一転、中退して社会的ひきこもりを経験。当事者性を活かしてセゾングループ人材会社にてNPO協働事業等を担当後、日立グループにて新規事業、若者キャリア支援会社起業、人事、人材コンサルタントを経て、日本最大の人事メディアにて人事コミュニティ運営等に従事。現在はサーキュラーエコノミー×人事・働き方のメディア『サーキュラーHR』編集長、女性役員増加を目指す『Warsiエグゼクティブ』コンサルタント、ダイバーシティ＆インクルージョンを推進する『NPO法人GEWEL』理事として活動中。エシカル・サステナブルを軸にソーシャルセクターでも活動し、鎌倉のエシカル商品セレクトショップ『えしかる屋』のプロデューサーとして店舗運営や講演・イベント等を行う他、長野県のエシカルプロモーションスペシャリスト、鎌倉市のフェアトレードタウン認定を目指す『鎌倉エシカルラボ』共同代表などを務める。After graduating from the University of Tokyo, he dropped out of school and became a social recluse.After working for a human resources company of the Saison Group, he started a new business at the Hitachi Group, started a career support company for young people, worked in human resources and as a human resources consultant, and then worked for the largest HR media company in Japan, managing HR communities.Currently, she is the editor-in-chief of "Circular HR," a media magazine about the circular economy, human resources, and work styles, a consultant for "Warsi Executive," which aims to increase the number of female executives, and a board member of "GEWEL," an NPO that promotes diversity and inclusion.She is also active in the social sector with a focus on ethical and sustainable business, and is a producer of "Eshikaruya," a select store for ethical products in Kamakura, where she manages the store and gives lectures and holds events.
