Doors Open was created by Resident Advisor to facilitate the connection between job seekers and independent music companies. My role entails managing Doors Open's social media channels, coordinating offline campaigns to promote the platform, producing marketing assets such as the Behind The Scenes video series with music industry professionals, B2B communication, guiding new employers on the use of the platform, newsletter production via Mailchimp and producing weekly KPI reports.

Providing client support to ensure the effectiveness of the company’s ticketing software (SRO), assisting with the setup of events, promos, on sales and memberships, maintaining client relationships through regular meetings and onsite attendance. Main clients included LW Theatres, English National Opera and V&A Museum Dundee.

Liaising with guests and properties to resolve complex issues over the phone, e-mail and live chat, dealing with complaints, negotiating solutions that could benefit both sides, ensuring a high level of customer service, improvement of internal processes and key tools, creating professional presentations for the team’s meetings.

Aftercluv Dancelab was the first label from UMG exclusively focused on Dance Music. As Label Manager, I was in charge of the ideation and implementation of all marketing campaigns of Aftercluv in the Brazilian market. From this experience I gained an in-depth knowledge of the music industry through a wide range of responsibilities such as social media strategy, PR, liaising with artists and their management teams as well as coordinating promotional tours.
