The Perfect Workout's objective is to help people improve body composition and shape; lose fat; improve muscle strength, size, tone and endurance; and improve health indicators such as bone strength and cardiovascular health markers. We specialize in a unique slow-motion strength training method that delivers a stronger, firmer, more shapely body from just two 20 minute personal training sessions per week. In helping our customers improve physical fitness, we provide one-on-one supervision from certified personal trainers, as well as written information addressing dietary guidelines.
