The Perfect Workout's objective is to help people improve body composition and shape; lose fat; improve muscle strength, size, tone and endurance; and improve health indicators such as bone strength and cardiovascular health markers. We specialize in a unique slow-motion strength training method that delivers a stronger, firmer, more shapely body from just two 20 minute personal training sessions per week. In helping our customers improve physical fitness, we provide one-on-one supervision from certified personal trainers, as well as written information addressing dietary guidelines. Participated in all technical aspects of traffic impact analyses for more than 20 development projects in Southern California.Performed intersection assessments in TRAFFIX software using HCM procedures for baseline, interim year, and long-range conditions for projects such as the Great Park Neighborhoods (Heritage Fields in Irvine), Yorba Linda Housing Element, Oasis Date Garden Specific Plan and City of Huntington Beach Walmart.
