I was responsible for leading the marketing and sales strategy for a new product targeted at the ABC1 segment at TTS Viajes. The product consisted of trips to Cancun for high school graduates. Despite being the third largest company in the tourism industry in Argentina, the company was new to the market of graduation trips, which presented a challenge in entering a monopolistic market. However, I developed and executed highly effective marketing campaigns that reached all the schools that were our target audience.I implemented various marketing actions, such as contests during the pandemic and promotional events. I generated and managed leads, resulting in up to 3 daily meetings with each of the schools interested in our product.
