I am a journalist in constant search of opportunities and spaces in which to grow and learn. In 20 years of practice I have identified some areas in which I want to delve deeper into. Among them, the social networking as a phenomenon of communication, application of new technologies to the media, the boundaries and areas of convergence between politics and journalism and political communication in its broadest sense.What I can contribute in these areas is specified in my experience as a journalist over the years, both from the point of view of the media and the institutions that generate and provide information. To this I add method and perseverance, order, and common sense.My training focuses on my degree in journalism and master's degree in Digital Journalism and Communication by the Instituto Universitario de Posgrado. Furthermore, I've participated in numerous training activities related to editing, website design and social media management.Professionally, my work has been conducted in the field of print and digital media as a journalist and editor, and in the last ten years under the Central Government. Specifically in the State Secretariat of Communication, Government of Spain, in monitoring and informative analysis tasks as well as contents update in the official website of the Government and management of its social networking profiles.My English level is medium. I own a First Certificate in English by the University of Cambridge, equivalent to level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
