Work as Electrical QA/QC Engineer for the construction of 132/13.8KV sub-station and 132KV Underground Cable Project at Riyadh Saudi arabiaMonitor and inspect all material / Equipment received on site and check them with approved submittals.Check the electrical installation base on QA/QC manual such as inspection, check list, and scope of work as well as technical specification before putting request for inspection.Inspection of Electrical Materials and Equipment's for different projects at different Manufacturer /Supplier premises and preparing the inspection reports.Internal & client inspection of all receiving materials.Factory inspections for some specific materials.Preparation of inspection report formats for various work execution activities as per ITP and client approval.Installation of the grounding system for Equipment,Steel Reinforcement and Shielding.Initiating the RFI request for inspection to the client for the material as per ITP, PO, execution work different stages installation, erection, testing and final commissioning.Responsible for inspection and supervision of all Electrical equipment.Inspection of Erection of Transformer , HV & MV Switch Gear, Control, Protection, interface and SAS panels,Inspect all HV cable ducts,HV termination &Joints.Inspect all delivered material as per project technical specification (PTS) before installation at site.Inspect the laying, testing and termination of HV,MV, LV and control Cables.Prepare electrical drawing based on contracts specification to be submitted the consultant for approval. Manpower deployment and planning for leaves and rotation in shifts Major equipment switch gear, AC/DC Panels, Relay & Control Panels, Transformers etc.and others.Inspection of day-to-day erection activity of Electrical and Mechanical equipment like 132KV GIS, 13.8kV Switch gear. Inspection of Cable trench, Cable laying, Motor Erection, Battery Bank, Transformer Erection, Earthing system plant.

Safety analysis of High Voltage test.

Installation of connecting indoor and outdoor transformers 1000 KVA 1500 KVA and panels 1600A, 3000A, 4000A Metered, Ring Main Unit up to 36 KV SF6 CB 630 A & 400A 3way and 4way, LV Distribution pillar 400 A, Energy Meter box.• Supervise project execution, evaluate and monitor manpower productivity.Schedule the work in accordance with project timeline and deadlines.Maintain the different phases of the project and evaluate all the technical problems and resolve them.Practical knowledge about arrangement of Emergency work and shunt down.Prepare Technical documents and ensure that the work was carried in accordance with Saudi Electricity Company Standard.Good knowledge about Saudi Electricity Company 5- star safety.Plan, monitor, coordinate and check maintenance activities and procedures together with line Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Manager.Supervise and control maintenance of activities for proper implementation, supervise schedules and responsible for the maintenance, overhaul, repair, schedules checks and calibration of process and general service instruments, controllers, safety controls and communication.

The Electrical design of building consist of Ceiling coordination, Illumination system, Power system, HVAC system, Telephone system, MATV system, Fire Alarm system, Public Address system, CCTV System, Computer Networking system, Emergency system (ups/gen), Cable Tray system, Presence Detector system.Detail engineering for provision of earthing pits of electrical installation.Cable size calculation cable scheduling &its route selection, overhead or underground.Proper protection system for all electrical installation.Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at the site.Manages directly and provide engineering and technical support to all the electrical work groups at site.Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.Performs other related duties as may be required by the Project Manager.To co-ordinate with Electrical Contractor for Electrification, Execution, Erection & Commissioning.To provide the entire electrical solutions as per requirement.Cable size calculation cables scheduling &its route selection, over head or underground.Review Inspection and Test Plans in order to perform all required inspections and witnessing all required tests and add witness and hold points for the Client’s Inspection.Review inspection reports and records of Quality Control carried out on completed and running Project activities.
