Me and my co-owner, Jessica Weitzel, lead a rockstar team of program evaluators to help organizations build awesome programs and make data-informed decisions.I'm not just about the 9 to 5 grind though. As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I'm committed to being an authentic and passionate leader both in and out of the office. I serve as treasurer for the Western New York & Finger Lakes Chapter of the Grants Professionals Association (GPA) and am also on the board of directors for SUNY Erie Community College's Business Department.I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, & Economics from Empire State University. I'm a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA), a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and a Notary Public for the State of New York.When I'm not busy hustling, you can find me spreading the love and giving back to my community.
