Starting a short-term consultancy placement with the DI as a part of my Master's of Public Policy. I will be working on conducting data-driven policy assessments, building out strategic policy objectives, sharing evidence-based best practices, and building relationships with diverse stakeholders to find effective solutions.

Officer of one of Tajikistan's fastest-growing non-profits, overseeing massive growth including 3x annual growth in operating budget, 4x number of staff, and exponential increases in the number of program graduates, and the number of graduates with new & improved jobs.•Lead the team which maintains the financial health of a young non-profit organization in the challenging regulatory environment of Tajikistan, reporting directly to the board of directors.• Directly oversaw the expansion of Ilmhona to our second and third locations in different parts of the country.

• Develop strategic partnerships with international organizations resulting in over 100,000 USD in grants to fund new projects and day-to-day non-profit activities so far.• Diversify Ilmhona's revenue streams and enhance its impact through creative new initiatives.

• Passionately lead an organization of 50+ individuals, setting a vision and strategic priorities.• Successfully implemented over 40 platform promises including a restructuring of the presidential portfolio, the renegotiation of student parking passes, and the implementation of Bi-Annual Town Halls.• Oversee the Huron College Student Events and Affairs Corporation, presiding over a $200,000 budget.• Manage internal and external relationships for the HUCSC, representing the approximately 1000 Huron students to administration, different levels of government, and other community stakeholders. • Prepared the HUCSC for the unprecedented Ford legislation denying student organizations from collecting mandatory fees from students.

• Provided value to local companies as a business development consultant tasked with creating a tariff strategy for manufacturing companies; strategy included supply-chain, operations, and marketing recommendations • Attracted multi-million dollar international firms to expand to London as part of a foreign direct investment initiative, by using a data-driven sales strategy.

• Managed external relationships for a multi-million dollar corporation representing approximately 28,000 students to different levels of government and other community stakeholders. • Made meaningful headway on long-term advocacy projects including Open Education Resources, Rapid Transit, Student Affordability, and Pedestrian Saftey• Represented Western's undergraduate student body at the General Assembly for the Ontario Undergraduate Student Alliance, debating topics including student wellness, affordability, and open sourced textbooks.
