- Responsible for the Marine Operations- Plan and Coordinate the Rig Moves activities between the new locations to intervene in the Gulf of Mexico. - Develop all the documentation related to rig moves to get approval for DNV/GL, Marine Port Authorities and PEMEX, (Rig Move Plan, Navigation Route, Rig Positioning Simulations etc.)- Review the operation procedures and emergency plans of the vessel in coordination with the Barge Engineer / SSO regarding marine Operations. - Coordinate the Class and Flag inspections to comply with all international standards. - Auditing Jack Up Drilling Rig (Cantarell Fleet) with regularly to verify operating conditions, compliance with applicable regulations, maintenance plan and Company standards.- Support in HSE audits carried out from the client to the vessels.- Coordinate the PSV and FSV logistics for Jack Ups Operations.- Coordinate all rigs Provisioning on weekly basis. - Develop budgets for vessels and services provided for marine area during drilling operations.

Hull No. [B354, B355, B356, B357, B360 & B361]- Engineering Reviewer (commissioning procedures and naval architecture Drawings)- Construction Supervisor (Marine, Outfitting, HVAC, Structure & Mechanic)- Commissioning Supervisor for Rig Performance trials (Endurance Test, Jacking Trials, Inclining Test, Piping Systems & Life Saving Equipment)- Quality Control generating technical reports to follow up on contractual deviations and warranty claims. - Conducting and supervising Class Annual Surveys for Jack Up Rigs- Supporting on Heavy Lifter Rig Transportation from Singapore to Mexico as engineering and procedures reviewer, elaboration of stability calculations and Rig Move supervisor for Load On. - Leads the maintenance and preservation activities to four jack up rigs on warm stack condition.- Coordinate the registration of Jack Up rigs Cantarell III and Cantarell IV to Singapore Flag Autorities being assigned as Information Security Coordinator.
