It aims to create marketing professionals with the skills to tackle the challenges that the complex future of the field will throw at them. The program was created by Salomaa Group, Aalto University Executive Education, Alko, Paulig and Valio.During the year long term, the participants of the program will work at two of the large founding organisations, followed by an agency residency at the end. Throughout the year, the participants partake in numerous trainings at Aalto Executive Education as well as undergo a set of personal coaching sessions.

As a part-time Community Manager, alongside my studies, my main task is to plan and create content for our client’s social media channels. These channels include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. In addition, I am responsible for advertisement, analytics and community engagement in the channels. This job is about creativity, analytical skills and target group oriented thinking.
