With over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, I am currently the HR Manager at EKO Bulgaria, a leading fuel retail company in the country. My mission is to align the HR function with the strategic goals of the organization and to create value for the business and the people through HR best practices - something I am very passionate about.Throughout my career, I have initiated and managed different HR projects that aimed to enhance the performance, engagement, and retention of the employees, and to make the HR function an efficient partner to the business. Some of these projects include from streamlining the HR processes through the implementation of new systems and procedures to developing succession and talent management plans, and introducing new benefits and compensation policies.
