Working in tender Department as landscape and irrigation Estimator(Quantity surveyor), Carefully inspect and review tender documents(contract terms and conditions, drawings, specifications, BOQ's) Analyze exact requirements and identify areas that have implications to tender & Cost estimating. Raise RFI for any missing information/clarifications pricing BOQ's for bid submission.

Responsible for Site visits, keeping records of necessary notes prepared during site visit along with photographs for new proposals to Estimate and prepare quotations in compliance to the tender drawings and tender specifications, Also responsible for post contract works like, Preparation and submission of substantiate quantities under project scope of works.

As a project Engineer responsible in technical aspects and coordinating with municipalities, Ensuring adherence to the quality standards and project specifications, intervening for the earliest approval of NOC's to maintain the work flow without obstructions. Attending meetings with General Manager for the final Payments Closeout. Sending enquiries to the suppliers/ Subcontractors for the relevant material/scope of works. Following to the concerned salesperson for the earliest delivery of their best competitive price/Quotation Preparing managing cost comparisons for the received quotations accordingly Negotiating with the supplier/ sub-contractor to resolve point of differences if any. Dry Costing for the project scope of works

Responsible for the site execution works and completed several projects till handing over. Makes sure that project work stays compliant with industry standards, specifications, building codes, and design instructions. Manage the submittal log and coordinate submittal drawings with subcontractors, manage the submittals according to high industry standards. Establish an appropriate working relationship with the Main Contractor/Conultant/Client. Responsible for deliverables and coordinating with other departments.
