Prepare final for management. Responsible for Accounts Payable (Bill Booking & payments) and periodic reconciliation. Maintenance and Alignment of General Ledger(GL) head & Coding Payroll Accounting, processing of monthly salaries of employee deduction of NSF / GOSI & depositing it to Public Authority of Social Insurance, annual review, increment, and analyzing the EMS of the employees. Prepare Vacation entitlements & End of Services for the employees. (Gratuity) Maintaining petty cash for the Head Office. Correspondence with the exporters through mails and faxes. Costing Function Finalization of Monthly Operating Cost of retail Business. Costing of Material & billing to the different branches. Estimation of Overhead Absorption, Allocation of Cost to the respective cost centers.Treasury & Fund Management Liaison with the Banks and responsible for making an arrangement of fund for smooth functioning. Monitoring in/out flow of funds and ensure optimum utilization of available funds to accomplish organizational goals.Auditing/ Taxation Assistance in implementing systems, procedures & manuals for the preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts and financial statements, ensuring compliance with time & accuracy norms. Filing of Annual Income Tax returns, PRI & ARI  Assistance in coordinating annual audits; evaluating internal control systems / procedures with a view to highlight the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations. Liaison with both statutory and internal auditor for statutory audit, tax audit & internal audit
