 Expertise working on STB features EPG, VOD, Wi-Fi STB, AMS,HD Zapper, HD DVR/PVR, Hybrid STB, satellite STB, IPTV, Boot loader, Pure interactive and enhanced interactive apps, HDMI, AV DD/Stereo. Interacting with solution architect and customer engineers for brainstorming sessions on requirements and story boards. Involving in Test case review meetings with solution designer, customer engineer, development and test teams. Identifying and reviewing test scenarios, test cases and test execution. Uploading and Running test cases in HP Quality center 10. Perform Sanity, Functional, Regression, Retest, Stress, Soak tests, raise defects and ensure the closure of defects in software after defect fix is available. Liaising and Executing Acceptance test procedure at customer site with client engineers. Mentoring team members in testing activities and technical knowledge sharing. Support 3rd party vendor teams for drivers development testing. Support dev teams in issue resolution by providing various logs. Update the boot loaders in STB.

 Demonstrating E2E implementation of system to customer at customer site. Preparing test scenarios, test cases and conducting test reviews. Executing tests involving Siebel CRM Contact creation, Account creation, Order management and service request management, etc. Integration of Siebel CRM with Oracle BRM with AIA as middleware and verifying appropriate customer account creation, rating and billing of customer in BRM Billing system. Verifying the accounts AR/AP/GL etc and reports in Oracle Apps R12 for the products sold via CRM as part of End to End testing. Attending project and test management meetings.
