As the financial controller at VC, I am responsible for the corporate finance function and act as an advisor for the company’s portfolio technology companies. This involves managing the finance bookkeeping and payroll team, preparing quarterly and annual IFRS financial statements, and managing month-end closing cycles. In addition, I take hands-on responsibility for all day-to-day financial transactions in the corporation to ensure accurate reporting, including company banking, vendor processes and cash flow, and also provide financial and accounting support for our portfolio companies.

As Global Controller at IDE Technologies, I was responsible for all financial aspects of the group’s activities, led the group’s financial report consolidation and reporting process, supported subsidiaries with their ongoing taxation and accounting needs, and planned and participated in the annual financial budget process.

As a senior auditor at Ernst & Young both in Israel and then in New York, I was responsible for auditing and reviewing annual and quarterly financial statements, preparing annual tax reports for fin-tech and high-tech companies, and assisting clients with ongoing financial issues, managerial aspects, regulation changes, and legal matters.

My responsibilities at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co included providing ongoing service to clients, preparing contracts, claims, pleadings, petitions and court summaries in liquidation, bankruptcy, reorganization, receivership, for public and private companies.
