At Gomma, a startup aimed at addressing medication non-adherence with an IoT device, I played a pivotal role from the initial concept through the development of 3D-printed prototypes and application mockups. I also pioneered work in automatic medication identification using computer vision approaches.Gomma was chosen as one of the few startups to participate in the HIT Accelerator after three rounds of presentations before a diverse panel representing various disciplines within the Israeli ecosystem. This highly competitive program demanded collaboration with multidisciplinary experts and innovative problem-solving.

After successfully completing an intensive elite machine learning bootcamp for STEM graduates (Weizmann alumni), I served as a teaching assistant. As a research assistant, I integrated Virtual Reality (VR) systems (using VR goggles) with 3D environments to create experiments, where time series data was aggregated and analyzed using Python for extracting valuable insights.As a teaching assistant in the Physiology of Systems lab within the Faculty of Life Sciences, my role involved various responsibilities aimed at enhancing student learning and understanding of human physiology. One key responsibility was to assist students in conducting measurements using different sensors, which includes monitoring parameters such as heart rate, blood pressure, ECG leads, body temperature, respiratory rate, and more. This involves guiding students through the process of setting up and operating the sensors to collect accurate data. Another aspect of my role was to create informative and engaging PowerPoint presentations and Word documentation that cover the materials learned and acquired during lab sessions. Additionally, I delivered lectures on various systems of human physiology to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.
