I am a dedicated and hardworking individual who has worked for Inland Revenue for 16 years. I have a wide range of experience in Accounts Receivable and Payable, Customer Services, Investigations, Trainer, Training Analyst and currently Domain Specialist for Compliance.In my current role, I work with customised computer systems in collaboration with our US based developers to manage system issues. I analyse the issue, identify a solution and implement the change to the system. This involves working closely with business stakeholders and operational staff to identify potential risk.I have experience in designing, developing and delivering training to large audiences within Inland Revenue around New Zealand. I use instructional design methodology such as ADDIE and 70/20/10 to create engaging training material with proven results.As an Customer Compliance Specialist I have completed a variety of tax technical audits and identified risk and compliance issues at a corporate and individual level. A core strength is my ability to ask the right questions, researching and collating information and communicating complex matters in a simple way. I am confident using a variety of technology and tools and have an in-depth understanding of different investigation and Agile Scrum methodologies which I use to manage workflow and successfully get the required outcomes and am comfortable working in a constant inspection and adaption environment.
