I help clients with their design problems, whether it be research, user flows, to improvements on their overall design, I offer solutions to help bolster their business.

I worked on designing new features for Google Cloud/Apigee products. I worked closely with the Engineering group and addressed/solved any design challenges that arose. A good portion of the work involved added features on the Apigee Edge product, as well as icon design.

I implemented our initial shipping/accounting systems/social media channels (Amazon Web Services, Shopify, Quickbooks). I also helped with product development and testing of upcoming products.

I implemented Salesforce.com (SFDC) for the company including all customization, reporting, training, and dashboard metrics (leads, opportunities, etc) to track all sales and accounts. I increased sales productivity by coordinating with CEO and COO to identify target markets for sales team. I also provided company wide technical support including: installing laptops/printers, network configurations, and QA product testing of mobile application.
