Worked as AD with the MD and one other employee I hired to help establish the Manchester office of this innovative creative agency. Included the management of a small team of hard-working, account handlers and planners to deliver effective communications online to an audience of HCPs and Patients throughout Europe across a variety of medias including the development of brand and campaign websites, e-books and more traditional offline communications.

Following a 6-month sabbatical whilst employed as Account Director with TBWA\​Manchester, I enjoyed the opportunity of working within this Client's fast-paced marketing department in Worksop, providing production support and advice to members of the marketing team whilst also developing new process recommendations. My support was initially provided on a short-term basis but was extended through to 2015 at the request of the Client in agreement with myself and TBWA\​Manchester.Responsibilities included overseeing the production and delivery of multiple consumer press campaigns; development of supplier funded TV campaigns; the development of key seasonal brochures and inserts; the creation of new briefing templates and liaising with key supplier contacts and multiple internal departments towards the efficient implementation of the comms plan and ensuring the timely and consistent delivery of new Creative executions.

This experience included taking an active role in the day-today delivery of UniBond's then sponsorship of The UniBond (Football) League and Saracens Rugby Club.
