Hr Admin Operational
Current* Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence, while acting as the PIC for HC recruitment and freelance recruiters.* Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and management in document processing, data management, and reporting. * Assist in the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, candidate database management, and candidate communication. * Coordinate logistics for internal activities such as training and orientation for new talent. * Maintain and update the database, CVs, and Geekz Profiles, as well as manage time- sheets, attendance, onboarding, contracts, and timely report submissions.* Compile and maintain operational reports, employee attendance, and recruitment activi- ties, and ensure company documentation is well-organized and securely stored.* Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and support overall process improvements.
