- Responsible to handle settlement of Time Deposits (include negotiating rate with Banks) & Money Market Fund;- Ensure all portfolio transaction has been recorded, cash reconciliation has been performed and submit monthly report to Accounting Division;- Updated Daily Summary Unit & Daily Deal Board to Custody Bank;- Assist in preparing any report and respond to common queries from auditors.

Handle all administrative of short terms investment transaction such as time deposit, mutual fund and bonds (<1 year)

Awarded and fully funded by Tugu Insurance in B&B (Belajar & Bekerja) program. During the internship, assist in Investment & Financial Risk Management Group, especially in Liquidity & Financial Risk Management division. Contribute to entry time deposit data into the system, and other administrative activities.

Contribute to make financial reports every month, tax reporting and other administrative activities.Achievement:Successfully processed various invoices from general journal to financial statements with accounting standards. The financial statements are used to internal and external needs.

Assist in Finance Division especially in Credit Control Unit such as make recapitulation of outstanding premium receivable with Microsoft Excel and other administrative activities.

Assist in Biro Perlengkapan with specializing in services and procurement of goods & services such as making monthly cash reports and other administrative activities.
