Under Business Intelligence - Content department, Indah Tika has :- Developed more than 15 data warehouses and ETL pipelines to provide consumable BI data;- Delivered analytical ad-hoc, also provided dashboards and reports for various users to support business decision making--marketing, product, fraud, and payment;- Daily monitoring and evaluated performance of KPI and operational reports;- Optimized internal team table and workflow to tackle missed reporting SLA and failed updating data, manage to reduce processing time and memory by 75%; and- Automated operational tasks for creator acquisition and activation programs to decrease manual handling by 10 hours per week.

SG-EDTS (Enterprise Digital Technology Services) is one of Salim Group subsidiaries, which provides digital technology and analytics consultancy for companies in Indonesia.Under Data Science and Analytics department, Indah Tika has been responsible in :- Working closely and deliver reports to client, C-level, and across departments;- Providing ad-hoc and analytical reports or dashboards such as business performance, KPI analysis, customer behavior;- Creating and supervising data requirement for client's loyalty program;- Being the lead of curriculum of one-year Data Management Training for Data Science and Analytics department.Technical skills :- Google BigQuery to explore and extract data- Tableau and Looker for analyzing and presenting data- Python and SQL as programming and scripting languages

As a trainee, Indah Tika has been responsible in :- Doing business process understanding--sales and operation planning;- Examining and delivering business performance reports for client;- Creating an end-to-end sentiment analysis classification with machine learning.

Bangkit is a Google-led program in collaboration with Tokopedia, Gojek, and Traveloka. This is the first batch of Bangkit, lasts for six months and aims to produce technical talents who have the courage to learn about Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.From Bangkit, Indah Tika had gained broad understanding both in hard and soft skills; some of them are training Machine Learning and Deep Learning with Tensorflow, team and time management, and also communication skill.Final project : Cassava Leaf Disease Classification with Transfer Learning

Digital Talent Scholarship, held by Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo), is a program to enhance skill of Indonesia citizens in information technology as a part of government development plans.Joining Fresh Graduate Academy (FGA) 2019, Indah Tika had been given a chance to be the part of Machine Learning training participant. Here, she gained knowledge of how Machine Learning can improve task that benefits a lot of aspects.

Focused in wireless communication system, Indah Tika's main experiences are:- Theoretical understanding of Long Term Evolution (LTE).- Researching about wireless networks deployment in structural monitoring.- Analyzing the impact of codebook to Sparse Code Multiple Access (SCMA) performance (final degree project).
