Aloha! I'm proud to share my journey from humble beginnings on a banana farm in Hilo, Hawaii, to becoming a successful real estate entrepreneur. Growing up off the grid, I learned the value of hard work and resourcefulness, which has shaped my approach to life and business.After graduating high school, I earned an Associate's degree in Business followed by a degree in Electrical Engineering. This educational foundation, along with my contractor's license, has been instrumental in my career.In 2013, a real estate investment seminar introduced me to the world of property flipping, and by 2015, my wife and I made it our full-time focus. Since then, we’ve successfully flipped over $130 million in real estate across 120+ projects and currently own 156 rental units spanning both single-family and multifamily properties in multiple states.As the founder of Our Home Investments, LLC, I’m proud to lead the largest fix-and-flip company in Hawaii, with operations expanding into 15 other U.S. states. In addition to flipping, we engage in nationwide wholesaling and have diversified our strategy to include short-term rentals, Turo, and long-term holds, resulting in a buy-and-hold portfolio valued at over $22 million.I am passionate about every aspect of real estate and I am excited to continue exploring new opportunities.
