Track consultations; following up with patients in a positive, systematic and articulate way; review marketing and productivity data and discusses it with the surgeon in a meaningful manner; initiate and implement marketing programs to increase patient awareness, practice revenues and patient base; and effectively collaborate and communicate with team members. Handle all of the social media to include Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube as well as the website blog.
Receptionist/Medical Assistant/Scheduling
• Front Office/Receptionist: Check patients in/out, reschedule appointments, verify insurance, call in prior authorizations, fax/call in prescription refills, filing, collect copays/product & cosmetic charges, help update paperwork, scan necessary documents, data entry, send faxes, receive faxes distributing them to their proper destinations.
