Ms Bhogal-Tangeraas was a Managing Director at Cambridge Associates, and head of the European team of the Real Assets Investment Group, which is a global team of c. 22 professionals (headquartered in Boston, U.S.) that oversees c. US$ 70 billion of AUA globally. The Real Assets Investment Group is responsible for investment sourcing and underwriting in the real assets sector (real estate, infrastructure and natural resources), managing real asset portfolios for pension funds, families and endowments (e.g. asset class carve outs), as well as macro research. The team's coverage spans private and public markets, debt and equity, and across structures, including funds, co-investments and secondary transactions.

Ms Bhogal worked in both the London and Amsterdam offices of JLLCF, servicing and maintaining relationships with key institutional (indirect) real estate investors in Scandinavia, Continental Europe as well as the U.K. Ms Bhogal advised institutional investors on their indirect real estate investment programs globally, raised capital for niche real estate investment managers and structured secondary transactions / sales on behalf of institutional investors.

As part of the Indirect Investment team at Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Bhogal was predominantly involved in providing unlisted funds advice (market analysis, fund manager search / selection and commercial due diligence) to a club of Danish pension funds. Ms. Bhogal joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2000, initially specialising in European investment strategy for European institutions. She was involved in establishing the European real estate forecasting capability and managed key research relationships across the European network.
