Using Agile PLM to schedule & request test samples from Hollander production plants/factories for new items, item changes and annual testing (vary per customer requirements). Create and submit Testing Request forms to test samples to 3rd party labs to validate compliance. Prepare and submit Corrective Action Plans for customer testing non conformances and submit retesting as needed to obtain full approvals/passing results. Partner with Asia tams and US Plants to coordinate and implement action steps.Evaluate submitted product/component samples and coordinate competitor product analysis and testing (thread count, weight, dimensional stability to laundering, specs, etc.). Conduct special testing studies and publish summary reports for management review for special projects as needed. Classify approvals for internal Asian component product 3rd party lab test report along with providing feedback to Asia offices for all non conformances as needed. Collaborate with Corporate Technical Manager and/or Quality Director to problem solve for customer complaints and supplier/internal quality issues. Create fiber trials requests, track and lead fiber trial review meetings with merchandising and supply chain team members. Acquire fiber testing samples and fiber specs, and submit both periodic and quality issue fiber samples to 3rd party labs for testing.Utilizing SharePoint to arrange, examine and route component shells and finished item test samples and supervise 3rd party lab testing of finished products to confirm that Hollander meets all customer specific requirements and claims. Evaluate and disposition products, component fabrics and color swatches manufactured and/or sourced by Hollander to ensure they meet customer specific and Hollander's quality specifications.

Daily communication with domestic and import vendors to maintain and exceed aggressive gross margin targets.Manage quality approvals (lab dips, fabric quality, trims, etc.), garment sample fittings; Costing negotiations, production quality, timeline, and deliverables for the Bottoms, Sweater, Sweater dresses, and Outerwear division.
